I have added the application domain in Stripe dashboard through Settings --> Payment methods --> Payment method domains. Stripe IPs have been whitelisted through our Azure WAF. When I verify the domain, I get below error:

yeah so the error is different from just allowlisting the right IP addresses, you have an SSL cert issue on your server so you'll have to debug that, I cannot say as this is your server and you'd have to check the configs

yes? even SSL Labs says there's an issue. Sorry, I know you're wanting a clear 100% accurate answer but I want to set some expectations here - this is a developer issue on your server and you'll have to dig in to investigate that, I can't give you a 100% accurate answer on your server configs
