@long wagon you should talk to Stripe Support about that, they can help with hardware/Reader issues.

Please share the Reader IDs, the serial numbers, etc with them and a video of what's happening

in this Discord channel , we don't know about Terminal Readers and their update systems etc

ok it's just the stripe support in general is worse than the discord channel, they've never been able to resolve any issues for us that can't be resolved here

ask them to escalate you to Terminal and that this is a widespread issue, they can get you to the right team

and pls share all the information I asked above as that helps them move you to the right team quickly
