Hello! We'll be with you shortly. Below are links to other discussions we've had with you in the past week in case you want to review that information. If your question is related to one of these previous discussions, please provide a comprehensive summary of the current state and what you need help with now. We help many users simultaneously, so a summary allows us to resolve your issue as soon as possible.
Looking in to this, I thought it was ISO codes. Can you send me the ID of the request where you got this error? (req_123)
req_CoRgwoFLwVjdpZ
Thank you
Can you try adding a param to specify a recipient service agreement? It looks like OM accounts only support the transfers capability and recipient service agreement
Also for what it is worth, our error message for incorrect country codes is different:
Country 'ZQ' is unknown. Try using a 2-character alphanumeric country code instead, such as 'US', 'EG', or 'GB'. A full list of country codes is available at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_3166-1_alpha-2#Officially_assigned_code_elements
I was just able to create an OM account in test mode with the agreement and capabilities mentioned
Thanks ill try that
Still suffering the same issue unfrotunately, ill grab the request id
req_YFIq4iMmmZNUjj
Maybe its connect settings, just checking that
Thanks for the ID, looking in to it again. I was able to create an OM account with these params:
type: 'express',
tos_acceptance: {
service_agreement: "recipient"
},
capabilities: {
transfers: {
requested: true
}
}```
Once you've double checked that OM is on in your connect settings, it may be helpful to make an API call with just those params to see if it succeeds and then add your other params back in to see if a specific one starts triggering this error.
in fact oman isnt listed in the connect settings at all, nor is bahamas.

req_OPVz4yZ3VER6iR - thats with your params but still no luck
Strange, Oman and the Bahamas are showing up for me in my connect settings but I don't have them specifically enabled in test mode. Not sure why my account would have extra counties. Looking in to it
Yeah I suspect the fact its missing is my issue. I can see 42 countries and I am under the impression there are 46 (Oman and Bahamas are missing, not srue the other two)
fact its more than 46, more like 100 or so, so I am missing quite a few
I wonder if my platform accounts location being UK and not US..just trying that
