oh. the Document said Uncaptured PaymentIntents are cancelled a set number of days (7 by default) after their creation.

so how can I change the default 7 days ?

you can't really, that's set by Stripe/the card networks

there can be exceptions depending on your business and other factors, if you have a specific use case requiring this it's best to write to https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true to ask for access to potential betas/private features etc
