Ok, there's no options for payment element to display saved payment method.

I have payment element like this

But it is not showing default payment method. As in checkout session we can see default saved payment method. We can't do same like in payment element ?

If I am using my own UI then how I can attach that selected saved method with payment element ?

Or I need to do it in backend after selecting default payment method ?

No, as I said before, you can't display saved payment method in payment element, you need to create your own UI to display it.
