https://stripe.com/docs/payouts

n. Typically, when you start processing live payments, Stripe schedules your initial payout for 7–14 days after you successfully receive your first payment. In some cases, the first payout might take longer depending on the country of operation or industry risk level.
So that's overall expected if you have never had a real live Payout already, it sticks to 7 days in that case

In this case, i'm referencing https://stripe.com/docs/treasury/moving-money/payouts

By default, when using automatic payouts, funds from incoming card payments become available in the financial account balance two business days after the payment is received (T+2 schedule). Other payment types, such as ACH payments take longer.

yeah but that still is anchored on the time it takes for the first Payout, no way around it in Test mode sorry
