Okay so, I want to connect Stripe to my Apple Pay so I can pay using stripe outside in real life, is that possible?

Ah, no that is not possible. You'd need to have Stripe payout to your bank account, https://stripe.com/docs/payouts and then use those funds to make purchases outside of Stripe.
