@keen herald a customer purchased a monthly recurring option and the payment activity shows: This payment successfully set up pm_1NqmU0BtXbyAYHYEPL2GV83y for future off-session payments" but no payments have been charged since the initial activity on 9/15/23. We just need to make sure for the customer that there definitely won't be any recurring payments charged as she is going to move to a different method of payment since stripe isn't working

You'll be best suited to check that, as your integration controls processing payments for customers. If you didn't set up a Subscription for the Customer, then I wouldn't anticipate there being any additional payments unless you trigger them.
