@arctic marten there's no way to have only test mode access in the Dashboard no.

What they can do is have their own Stripe account to test things, that's the easiest. But you can give them an API key just for Test mode and they can use that key with the CLI, or just use https://ngrok.com to forward Events locally easily

You can give them a Test mode Secret API key that they can put into their Stripe CLI instead of using stripe login
