we're setting up Apple Pay on our checkout page, but we've multiple stripe accounts and Apple pay requires a domain verification. How can we verify same domain for Multiple Stripe accounts?

Each account needs to have the domain registered, there's nothing special beyond that

No I said the complete opposite. I'm sorry you seem to think something is hard or impossible but haven't explained what. You can register the same domain on one or two one 10 or millions of Stripe accounts without any issue
