This is the same question as before. I appoligize for any complication. I am not finding the answer in the docs.

Are you a web developer? These questions are largely about the Stripe Dashboard and we don't have a lot of context about that unfortunately

More a question of business logic in stripe and if it forces a default payment method or not. Appears it is inconsistent from our tests.

You set the default Payment Method on either the Customer level, or the Subscription level, so you dictate which defualt is used where
