Not necessarily. I don't know what the time when the balance becomes available in Poland is, but you can create Transfers to your Connected accounts before that. You need to look at Separate Charges and Transfers: https://stripe.com/docs/connect/separate-charges-and-transfers
If you reference a payment from your Customer, you can create a Transfer with that amount before it becomes available on your Platform.
