I am using payment intent in stripe ,so basically I have captured the payment once of some percentage like 30% of total , then remaining will be released (14 Euro) in how much time or days?

Normally 5-10 days I believe until the funds are released from the customer card

We release/refunds the uncaptured funds automatically when you call the /capture endpoint

The payment you've shared is not a multi-capture payment, so after the initial capture of €6 we refund/release the remaining €14

You cannot today I'm afraid. Once you capture the PI, any uncaptured funds are automatically released/refunded. You can't do multiple capture on a single payment
