You can unset a metadata, by calling Update API and set the same key to blank value ('')

Hello, that's not really what I want to do. When used via a browser, when I want to add metadata I have a drop-down list that opens for the "Type" field except that I would like it to be empty for example or to be able to delete those that are already in it .

Ah you mean to not suggest when you add a new Metadata, on the dropdown list
