@lofty portal you would need to talk to Ramp directly for support. They issue those cards and are the ones declining them so they can explain what is going on. It's similar to if you had a card issued by your bank and you'd ask them why they say the postal code is incorrect

Okay, so that error is beyond the scope of my code?
yes, you try to charge a card and pass a postal code and then that issuer (Ramp) says "no sorry" or says "yes but the postal code is wrong" and your own account is configured to reject those.
But ultimately the postal code you are passing is deemed incorrect by Ramp so you need to talk to them
Okay thanks, I've been trying to figured out the cause of this issue since earlier. It seems that this is an issue with Ramp.
