There isn't a way to pre-fill address information, no. You could collect shipping information prior to redirecting to Checkout though and not collect it through Checkout

I forgot we supported payment_intent_data.shipping.address (https://stripe.com/docs/api/checkout/sessions/create#create_checkout_session-payment_intent_data-shipping-address)

So you input it there when you create the Checkout Session and it will be associated to the PaymentIntent directly
