If the customer has some browser extensions or other things that control their network then its possible that some of the Stripe.js calls are being blocked

have they tried loading on a different network?

customer has tried on 2 different devices - but i would assume on the same network

is there any logs you can have access to? or would you need more information?

We won't have much since the issue seems to be client-side
They can try on a computer too and look at the network console in their browser

we will communicate it to the customer. thank you for the help. we have tried with another network and it works fine
we wanted to know if there was something obviously wrong but this makes sense. thank you so much for the help
