sorry i previously did not include Stripe-account

I'd suggest checking the balance of the account then, using stripe balances retrieve on the connected account.

that looks like the balance of your platform account.

make sure to check the balance of the connected account, and use the API so you can see the complete details.

overall make sure you follow a real, complete guide like https://stripe.com/docs/connect/collect-then-transfer-guide and don't just try to skip directly to "calling the API to create a Payout", that won't work since things are a lot more complex than that.
