On Stripe Dashboard you can go to the Subscription page and see its Upcoming Invoice, no?

Will it always be the most recent invoice? I mean if there are any changes, it will be reflected instantly?

I thought it gets updated once before draft invoice.

Not really the "most recent" but will be the nearest in the future. It's "Upcoming" you know
