And somehow after checkout my invoices are being automatically voided
hmm it might be because of my stripe business settings to auto void the invoice but so strange it was running this webhook yesterday

It workeed meaning the invoice uncollectible webhook was triggering now it is not

And all I went through all the non-successful ACH options I was given. Yesterday I got the invoice uncollectible to trigger somehow but today it is not.

So you mean it was triggering checkout.session.async_payment_failed and invoice.marked_uncollectible. Now it only triggers checkout.session.async_payment_failed?
