I'm seeing the same thing here with desktop chrome/google pay, after we call paymentRequest.show(), Stripe's JS adds a blocker <div> at the top of <body>, and then does nothing more.
Our investigation also revealed that it might be connected to a desktop-related User-Agent header.

I don't think so, no. We're seeing the same problem since yesterday, though.
