I see. Unfortunately we can't really help much here as this channel is for web devleopers to talk about Stripe integrations. This doesn't look like a Stripe form, so I would recommend reaching out to the 3rd party that you're using to present the payment form

It looks like you are using a plugin, and if you don't control the behaviour of that you may need to reach out to the developer of that for guidance

It looks like that plugin is provided by the host itself, so I would suggest contacting them for hlep with your issue
