Here it does not tell me exactly how many days there are to make a refund. If you could specify them to me, I would appreciate it. I just want to know how much time has to pass before I request a refund of a payment I make and I want a refund.

Your customer sees the refund as a credit approximately 5-10 business days later, depending upon the bank.
If you read the first paragraph of the link that I shared, you'll see the answer there.
If in my COMPANY account that I have associated with Stripe they ask me for a refund 90 days after making the payment, can you make that refund?
