Cannot use a source_transaction that has a null balance_transaction (you might want to check py_3OEapzL9quFZ1jsw0IDWZL6K to see if it failed.

Specfically that for async payment methods like ACH yuou should wait until you reveive tyhe charge.succeeded webhook event before you initiate the transfer
