Thanks for the detail, if you reach out to our support team they should be able to talk to you about next steps here. This server is for coding questions so unfortunately I can't help with account support

I contacted support several times and they did not answer me. I hope they call me back because I am in a hurry at work

Gotcha, our support gets back as soon as they can but wait times can vary on volume. If you DM me your email address, I can check that we are receiving your emails but unfortunately I cannot push on existing support cases
