hi! hard to say without looking at the specific customer objects, maybe you do not collect a name or email address in your checkout flow and add it to the objects; it depends how your integration works.

I don't know anything about 'formsite' sorry and this chat is for developers directly using the API.

I would think we export the name and address for guest customers, if we have that information, and for us to get that information it depends how your integration is coded.
