Could you elaborate a bit more? The option you mentioned is how Proration behaves when you upgrade or downgrade the Subscription. What do you mean by "downgrade after this subscription cycle"?

Downgrading a subscription after the end of the current subscription cycle.

I was wondering if it would be possible to do this through the Customer Portal without integrating the Subscription Schedule API.
