Why do I get the CONNECTION_TOKEN_PROVIDER_ERROR

I have defined a location via the web page for my account. I as running the example-terminal-backed as suggested by the doco for the android tap and pay and have provided that URL for that backend to the android tap and pay code.

I am confused though as how this code expects to get a location from the online account when it doesn't know the accounts secret key as it's only specified in the example-terminal-backend!
