I don't know if this will work but you can try. There's really no such thing as deleting a payment method. You can only detach it from the customer. You can try calling this: https://stripe.com/docs/api/payment_methods/detach
But again idk if this will work off-hand

Well, we are more concerned if a customer could ever detach their own payment method without our involevment ?
