Just to quickly address your first question - level3 data is definitely supported on Payment Intents, but it's not something you'd pass through on confirmation

Actually I may be wrong about that - it does look like we may support it on confirmation (but it wouldn't be listed in the stripejs docs for confirm a card payment)
