Hello! We'll be with you shortly. Below are links to other discussions we've had with you in the past week in case you want to review that information. If your question is related to one of these previous discussions, please provide a comprehensive summary of the current state and what you need help with now. We help many users simultaneously, so a summary allows us to resolve your issue as soon as possible.

Hi, let me help you with this.
I don't know. It depends on your business requirements.
But it's better to check if a Customer with such email exists and retrieve the existing one.
Otherwise it can get unmanageable.
I think the only reason we create customers in Stripe is because it was mandatory to integrate.
Thank you, a follow up question: are users able to use the corresponding Stripe's customer on with other businesses?
It should be a good UX - e.g. if a user does some changes with us, then it's reflected with another business.
However, I do not understand if the customer entities I'm referring to and Stripe Link are the same.
No, Customer objects only belong to your account. Link customers are different.
@lament loom Thank you, that is a valuable information for us.
The last question after which we can archive the thread: do we have to pay more for more customers?
No, it's free. You can create as many as you need.
Ok, thanks and have a good day! This thread can be archived now 🙂
You too. Happy to help.
