POST /v1/refunds all fail with "One of the following params should be provided for this request: payment_intent or charge." even tho at all was working before.

Can you enable them for our account right now? We have a shit ton of unhappy customers at physical locations not being able to use the service. How can we get it enabled asap?

We've tried reaching out to support - but is there a live line / phone that we can reach out to (Or have them call us)? This was turned off suddenly for us this morning, despite us having used it for months (and as Ivan mentioned, we now have hundreds of unhappy customers standing in front of us).
We would need the turnaround time in minutes, not hours/days.

It was actually removed this morning for your account.
You'll actually need to reach out to Stripe Support and prove that you're using it as intended to have it be turned back on.
Interesting - is there a note or someone specific to reach out to? We did not receive any notices that this would be removed, and are now dealing with a lot of unhappy customers (and growing).
