I would like to know if stripe has a monthly fee system to use or if it is just transaction fees

And I would also like to know about international cards, I'm from Brazil, I was looking and for Mastercard and Visa there is a specific fee

However, the website says there is an additional fee of 2% on each transaction.

I wanted to know if an international card would be a card from other countries or would it be Brazilian cards that work internationally?
