The workaround would be to create the Customer ahead of time and provide the IDs
And we have a beta feature where you can pass an existing customer to the pricing table

You can configure pricing table to collect tax IDs. Does that help you?
the thing is that we can only sell to businesses so we need the user to always input their TAX ID. Otherwise, the invoice will be issued by Stripe which doesn't have it. Our accountant can't process such invoices.
The option in the pricing table available in UI doesn't make required for user to input TAX ID.
