Not possible with 1. I believe you would need to list all subscriptions first then looping to call Upcoming Invoice on each of them

isn't there a filter query you can run on /invoices?

That's List all Invoice API and it will only list "real" Invoices. Upcoming Invoices aren't Invoice just yet, they are just simulations

You mean see all the Upcoming Invoices at once, on some page in Dashboard? No I don't think it's possible unfortunately
