I don't think you can change due date of Subscription invoice. Have you tried specifying the parameter when it's still draft?

Nothing happens, just the URL expires. It generaly is after the Invoice due date

Invoice URLs expire 30 days after the due date. If the invoice doesn’t have a due date, the invoice expires 30 days after it finalizes. In all cases, the expiration window is never longer than 120 days.

Not sure what you mean by cotain email input. Hosted Invoice Page doesn't have email input AFAIK

To be able to reach this page, you as the merchant already provide its URL to the customer, correct? So when they are here, they are the customer of this Invoice
