MaxSold is a bidding platform, so the idea is to store the credit card information or token of everyone who bids on an item and only charge the winner's card at the end of the bid cycle.

Gotcha! Yes, all of those things would be things you could pass through to Stripe - it just depends on how your integration is built. You could have some of that information in metadata on the PaymentIntent or even as metadata on the Customer, and other information like the amount is required for payment
