In that case Shopify is controlling your integration here and you will need to reach out to them for help.

We talked to the shopify support team. In the screenshot they sent, the card information can be accessed without any interruption, but we cannot enter it ourselves.

Sorry, I really can't help you here. The error message you are seeing is coming from the code on your website which Shopify controls/implements.
