Yeah this isn't really possible. There is no way to delay when testing ACH like there is in production. You would need to mock the response here instead.

What do you mean by "mock the response"? not sure if I understood

Meaning you would not actually hit the API but instead you would create a mock JSON response for your testing, such as setting status: processing for the PaymentIntent like the response would be and use that mock in your tests.
