Looking for a digital wallet integration so that on our marketplace where we use stripe for payments, users can add money to their wallet and use that on our website for instant purchases. This is in particular to avoid the long processing times with bank account payments.

Ah, unfortunately that isn't on the roadmap as far as I am aware. You'd have to basically charge them like normal and keep track of the credit that they have with you on your side. You can do this with Account Debits if you and your connected accounts are US based, otherwise it would be creating a Customer object for them and charging them like a normal Customer
