@limber locust Usually that means that you are using a third-party system for Stripe (like Squarespace, Shopify, etc.) and there's an issue with the set up (something got disconnected) and you have to connect with them again (or contact their support team)
@ocean minnow I tried reconnecting the account and it still gave me the same result but I will attempt to contact their support team. This integration is on Weebly/iPage.
Yeah it's likely a bug on their end unfortunately so there's not much I can do to help here.
