Not at hand, but as I understand it - Billy is sending my customers an invoice with a payment link attached to it, which is a Stripe payment link. And then they get the whole payment id showing up in their bank account..

that is the thing i think, the start of the event log looks like this in Stripe

I make the invoice using the accounting program Billy, and it makes a Stripe payment link in the Billy invoice

Can you copy/paste that ID from your screenshot please? Also, are you a web developer? Or are you creating these via a point-and-click method through Billy?
