Hi 👋 it depends on the question, but if it's something I cant' help with then I can try to point you in the right direction.
I had a person reserve a room yesterday and pay $400 and today she called for a refund.
I submitted for the refund, but since the funds aren't in our account, is there a chance we just gave her $400 and now she can dispute it with her credit card and get that as well?
I felt like she was trying to get an additional $400 by cancelling the next day.
Hm, I would recommend double checking with our Support team on this. I think if the payment was refunded fast enough, it may have been cancelled (never processed) rather than being completed then refunded. But in general, yes, I do believe there is a risk that the customer could still dispute that, but I believe you could show evidence of the refund at that point to help make your case.
