The susbcription was created by a different platform, and that's why you can't manage it from another platform.

Yes I understand but as Clickfunnels don't have subscription upgrade option I'm trying with zapier

Actual scenario is . Clickfunnels creating subscription A and Subscription B. So if someone upgrades to subscription B then I need to cancel subscription A. Otherwise he will be charged for both subscription

Is there any work around using Zapier?

No, as I said, a different platform can't manage a subscription created by another.
