Payout speed depends on a lot of factors (country, first payment, etc). If you're seeing issues with this I'd recommend reading through https://support.stripe.com/questions/common-questions-about-payout-schedules and contacting support

Again, that really depends on your specific account - you should definitely see a transaction, but the payout may be delayed because it's the first one.
