Subcription with Monthly Subscription, and Subscription with Trial Period

In that case you would use Test Clocks https://stripe.com/docs/billing/testing/test-clocks

That would allow you to artificially advance time and see how the Subscriptions behave

Okay, where I can see that stripe did autocharge the test cards?

In your dashboard, they will show up as successful payments (or failed payments depending on the test card)
In the webhook events that fire such as invoice.payment_succeeded or invoice.payment_failed
