Not that familiar with the bancontact payment method
The stripe checkout page is the same for every customer
But some payment methods require redirect to an outside page
LIke a customer's bank to authorize payment
is there someone else that can help with bancontact integration questions?
What's the issue?

then is this expected that we are redirected to this page and you are saying that different customers will be redircted to dufferent pages? when integrating with bancontact
currently we can't click this button trying to understand how to solve this

So should be same page for all customers
What button are you referring to?
from the screenshot shared by Clara, is it specifc for this customer's bank? or all out users will get to the same page

I"m stepping in as @cerulean gust had to go. I don't know what screenshot you are referring to but if it's a view other than the Checkout interface built by Stripe then that will be up to the issuing bank.

I don't have time to look into closed threads. Could you clearly explain the complete state of your question? It doesn't make sense to me right now
then why was the thread closed? this is the same issue, Clara and I are trying to solve that
We clsoe threads due to inactivity
we help too many people to leave threads open for long
as mentioned in the closed thread, we implemented the integration with bancontact by calling stripe.checkout.Session.create then redirecting the user to the URL returned by stripe,
when trying to authenticate the bancontact account the button to be redirected to the bank account is disabled.
we are trying to figure this out as currently our complete integration with bancontact is not working, will appreciate your help ๐
it was just half an hour that I did not respond so please do not close this thread so I will not need to explain everything again

The current issue arises as when we press on "Open your Bancontact app" in the below screenshot:

The issue is that the user is not re-directed to the bancontact app. Could you point us in the right direction in order to solve this issue?
We have read the documentation online, looked at our Stripe developer profile and not found answers
That screen isn't one created or controlled by Stripe.
Is that an interface in your application?

Okay I see this checkout session was confirmed here: https://dashboard.stripe.com/logs/req_Wg08V1xFbv3Qqg which resulted in a redirect to authenticate with the Bancontact bank. At that point Stripe doesn't know what happens until the authentication is complete

Is this for all your Bancontact payments or some specific subset of customers?
this is our first bancontact integration so we are quite lost here
Is this happening for one customer, a set of customers, or every time?
we currently have 2 users testing the customer's product that has the same issue every time
They may need to contact their banks to confirm these payments. Bancontact is a bank redirect payment method so the banks are in full control of that screen.

before being redirected to the bank page we have a stripe page, are those details the one to implicate what bank page we will be redircted to? or all customers should be redircted to the same page?
Reading over the Bancontact docs here: https://stripe.com/docs/payments/bancontact it sounds like this is the same page for all users.

I may have mis spoke. I believe, based on the wording, there is a single UI used by the Bancontact system
I understand but after entering email and name here we are being redirected to the page that is not working properly that you mentioned that is the bank specific page, what controls this redirection?
Stripe redirects to the Bancontact UI. That is the only way you can accept Bancontact payments
then the Bancontact UI is the one that is not working? does it work for other customers you have using this integration?
Yes I can see that we are processing successful bancontact payments
then I'm lost here, what can couse our integration the redirction to the non working page? do you see something different in the URL being returned on the session related to the payment_intent id pi_3OBfPKJCOqY7qQ7i1yo0yJR7?
thanks again for your time this is a major issue for us the integration is not working after moving from stripe dev account to prod account
No unfortunately I do not see anything incorrect with this Checkout Session. I think you need to contact Bancontact to see if there is any reason these why these payments are not going through
