How are you using tax currently?

first i am calculating test using calculation api then based on calculation i create payment intent on successful payment i create tax transaction based on tax calculation using transaction api

Ok well you should be able to do the exact same thing in test mode without issue. See: https://stripe.com/docs/tax/custom#testing

well all this thing does work but there is no data under tax monitoring as well as tax calculation gives 0

You need all your registrations in test mode too

oohh ok understood so if i dont have any registrations as of now i cant check it or is there a way for dummy registration for test mode only ?

Yes you can set up fake registrations

But the idea is you need to do everything that you would do in live mode in test mode too
