Not sure I understand exactly, but an account can be enabled (not restricted) and have outstanding requirements

It's only restricted when those requirements go past due

But you can see there's also currently_due and eventually_due

I am using API version 2015-10-16 so I don't have currently_due and eventually_due yet 🙂

Sorry if my message wasn't clear, my question is : if the connect account is updated to leave the restricted or restricted soon state, is it possible that the connect account still have fields_needed and so being in enabled status, not complete status ?
Is it possible that a connect account has to update its account multiple times to be complete ? Or is the account complete once it is updated once ?

(I don't know if it is clearer)

If you provided all the required fields, then once is sufficient

But the account could always require more info in the future (due to changing regulations, etc)
