I'm not sure I fully understand this

I am particularly interested in understanding if notifications are triggered only at the moment the user updates their subscription or if they extend beyond, especially after the current subscription period concludes.

I don't understnad when the notifcation is send to the webhook, is it send when the user updates the subscription and only then. or is it send when the updated subscription start because i need to know when i need to update the user subscription on my backend. because i want to store the current subscription always on my onw datbaase that i can easily access it

and also when it is send twice how could i know on which notificaiton the subscription needs to get updated
